Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with system setup and configuration
• Troubleshoot and support automation systems
• Work with internal team to deploy client solutions
Qualifications:
• Experience with IT systems, automation tools, or integrations
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cloud-based software systems
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Healthcare technology experience is a plus
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Healthcare or EHR system exposure
• Basic scripting or technical configuration

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare IT Specialist to support and maintain IT systems for healthcare clinics. You will help ensure systems remain secure, operational, and compliant while providing technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote IT support for healthcare clients
• Set up and configure computers, user accounts, and devices
• Support Microsoft 365, cloud systems, and clinic software
• Assist with EHR system access and troubleshooting
• Monitor systems, backups, and security tools
• Document issues and resolutions clearly
Qualifications:
• Experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity best practices
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus
• HIPAA awareness is a plus
Preferred Skills:
• EHR support experience
• Remote support tools (RDP, AnyDesk, etc.)
• Backup and security tools
