Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines
Communicate professionally with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring cycle
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools is a plus
